OUR LIVESTOCK
We raise many different breeds of heritage livestock and other animals. Check out the breeds we currently raise below!
DEXTER CATTLE

We raise registered grass fed Dexter cattle. They are a small frame heritage breed, originally developed in Ireland. Their beef is nicely marbled, has a dark red color, and excellent flavor.
When the grass is growing, we use a system of rotational grazing to bring the herd to new grass often. In the winter, we feed them hay made from excess pasture growth from the previous summer.
Beef is available by the cut.
ADGA PB NUBIAN DAIRY GOATS

We raise ADGA PB Nubian dairy goats, known for their rich creamy, high butterfat milk. We strive to breed high quality show and milking stock. Our herd derives from Hoanbu, Lakeshore, Blissberry, and Kastdemur's purebred stock. Our goats are fed organic hay/pasture, stock mineral, and while being milked they are supplemented with dairy goat grain.
CORNISH CROSS BROILERS

As a meat breed these are fast growing and are moved twice daily to fresh pasture. The birds get their fill of grass and bugs, and fertilize the pasture with their manure. We supplement there diet with non-gmo grain from a local mill.
HERITAGE LAYING CHICKENS

We raise many different breed of heritage poultry breeds. Inculding, Rhode Island Reds, Jersey Giants, Ameraucanas, Buff Orpingtons, Leghorns, and Australops.
LIONHEAD RABBITS

Our lionhead rabbits are very fluffy and have stunning manes. We have been perfecting the breed for over 6 years. We have harlequin, magpie, broken chocolate, black, chestnut, brown torts, and gray colors within
our rabbitry.
The lionhead breed was originally created by crossing a long-coated dwarf rabbit with a miniature Swiss Fox and a neatherland dwarf.
MAREMMA/PYRENNES LIVESTOCK GUARDIAN DOGS

We use our livestock guardian dogs to protect our livestock and poultry from predators such as coyotes, hawks, coons and other destructive predators. They are trained to be gentle and protective of the stock at all times.
